You will never be able to eat solid spiritual food [spirit-fed] and understand the deeper things of God’s Word until you become better [spirit-led] Christians and learn right from wrong by practicing doing right.
Please remember that you are one of God’s children. So, each time you look into a mirror, love what you see. In conclusion, obey God and love others as you, as a child of God, love yourself. Most importantly, you must love and take care of yourself!
Given these points, strive to have others say they remember your work of faith, your labor of love, and your patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 1:3). So I urge you to man up, my fellow senior godly men, and let this lesson make you better older men of God.
Jesus does not want you to worry about this life. Things like food and clothing. In view of the fact that the birds and plants are well taken care of by God’s care. Know that He cares more about you than all of His creation. Remember Jesus suffered and died for you!
In conclusion, the Scriptures often mention that the Holy Spirit is a gift from God (Acts 2:38). Also keep in mind the one baptism mentioned in Ephesians is the baptism of the Holy Spirit (John 1:33). That is the baptism Jesus baptizes with; the Holy Spirit.
Do you believe in God and that he can do whatever you need Him to do? Actually, the question is not, “Can he do it?” It’s up to you to decide if you believe He can help. You will receive it if you believe it; believe in God!
If you want to be a true follower of Jesus, do as He asks. Be prepared to make sacrifices as you obey God. You will get your reward if you follow His example.
My friends, I urge you to step out in your reliance on the Lord. Trust Jesus, the faithful God, to work on your behalf. Active trust will meet whatever needs you may have. Now, child of God, step out on that reliance and watch your faith work in Jesus’ name.
You did not ask for selfish personal gain: riches, wealth, honor, the deaths of your enemies, or a long life. Instead, you asked for godly wisdom and knowledge to rule My people, over whom I have made you king. (The Voice)
Forgive yourself if you believe God has already done so and if you love yourself. Never forget that love is able to forgive all sins. So, do not carry the burden of your past sins. Because the love of God for His children releases you from guilt and ultimate punishment. Therefore, forgive yourself and let God’s love set you free from guilt and shame.
Your faith has a goal and a purpose. Each day, you get closer to that goal—your salvation. So endure and go through all that this life throws your way. In the end, Jesus—the captain of your salvation, will deliver you from the sufferings of this life.
Please do not be a sexual cheater. Be faithful to your spouse. If you are involved with someone that is married or a person that is not your spouse, stop what you are doing. It is not worth it!
How often have you had to choose between pleasing God and a person or people? The choice is yours; choose to please and obey God, and you will never regret it!
Use the Bible as your life coach and for life advice. Learn to hunger for the word of God. Binge on it and live by it! Hopefully, you’ll agree that God’s Word is the best soul food!
