As stated, spiritual guidance, teaching, and instructions are of no value if we fail to follow them or listen to them. So often we do not understand the guidance that the Word of God or the message from God gives. Fortunately, we have the Holy Spirit to help us understand the Word. So study, enjoy the benefits of, and follow God’s guidance through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.
Godly love is a love that we receive from God, it is divine, pure, and genuine. Show and give Godly love; let those you love know that you love them by saying it with words and actions.
Strong spiritual and mental health. The holy spirit, amongst all of the spiritual gifts, can have positive effects on your mental health. That is because of the following qualities: Love ♥ Joy ♥ Peace ♥ Patience ♥ Kindness ♥ Goodness ♥ Faithfulness ♥ Gentleness ♥ Self-control. Think about it!
I know you may not be convinced that Jesus is the name of the Father and Holy Spirit. Maybe it’s because of tradition or what you’ve been taught. The Apostles followed/carried out the instructions given by Jesus. They went to all, teaching them, and baptized using the name Jesus.
Search the Scriptures, especially in Acts (aka ‘The Acts of the Apostles’). If you can find that anyone baptized saying “in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost)” in the Bible, please share it.

Fruit of the Spirit: For others to know you are a child of God people must see God in/through you. You must live in a way that is holy [from 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12 (4)]. That does not mean you must/should wear a cross, carry Bibles, speak in tongues, or use religious words. In other words, let your fruit-bearing life show that you are a child of God. You are the light of the world, let your light [fruit-bearing life] shine! – Bishop Tim
