Let’s practice loving our haters. That does not mean you should accept physical, verbal, or mental abuse. But it is possible to love your enemies so much that you love the hate out of them! You can make it impossible for them to continue to hate you. Apply the love principles in this snack; let me know if you need help.
If you are born again and are living a Christian life, God dwells in you, so He is with you at all times. So remember, you are never alone in the struggles of life. Your helper, comforter, intercessor, counselor, friend, encourager, and advocate, the Holy Spirit, is there with you. Learn to depend on Him and allow Him to comfort you during your struggles. You are never alone in the struggles of life!
Jesus said in John 10:27 (FBV), “My sheep recognize [hear] my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” If you are a child of God, you will know His voice. Pray for the gift of discernment. That is, you want to be able to tell when it’s from God, another spirit [1 John 4:3], or your thoughts.
You can not fool God! So God’s people should remove false words or actions (trying to fool others). By doing so, they keep away from deceit (anything that will mislead others). Remember, deceit leads to spiritual death, and truth gives amazing life.
Godly love is a love that we receive from God, it is divine, pure, and genuine. Show and give Godly love; let those you love know that you love them by saying it with words and actions.
Since we are all a part of God’s family, to respect God, we should look to other believers as our closest friends. We must also keep ourselves apart from nonbelievers. But we shouldn’t fully isolate ourselves from the non-believers (1 Corinthians 5:9-12). Let your light shine at all times and remember to pick friends wisely since even those who do not believe can experience God’s love through our life.
Yes, God does forgive you when you admit to the Lord Jesus (your High Priest) you are guilty of sin. But you must understand, His forgiveness is applied when you repent and are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. It is at that time that you are forgiven.
So, come on, you can do it. Open your mouth and give thanks to the Lord. Give Him credit for all that He is and has done. Let Him know that you adore Him! He wants you to show it!
The ‘epistles’ are letters that teach us how to be right with God. Not how to get rich or prosper monetarily. It’s about spiritual living that pleases God! Do not be like those whom Paul warned Timothy about in 2 Timothy 4:4 those who “turn their ears away from the truth, and shall turn aside to myths”.
Prevarication – Get out of telling the truth: to avoid giving a direct and honest answer or opinion, or a clear and truthful account of a situation, especially by quibbling or being deliberately ambiguous or misleading. Evasion of the truth; deceit, evasiveness. To lie, mislead, or conceal the truth on purpose.
We must learn how to carry out all tasks without murmuring. In addition, we must not complain about the fact that we must do them. For this sin, God poured out His anger on the Israelites; let’s not make the same mistakes they did!
Yes, as stated in Romans 6:6 the old life—sinful nature was crucified so we should no longer be a slave to sin. Forget about your past life—let go—’put off the old life’. You have the help you need to adjust, explore, and change through the Holy Spirit.
God is appreciative of these acts of love. They are not orders as was the old way [under the law]; rather, they come from the heart. Keep in mind that grace gives us freedom and does not impose strict rules on us.
The moral values of the religious society have changed and being religious or spiritual is not the same for everyone. Once again, I encourage you to study God’s word to get a true understanding of what He requires. The Lord gives us the freedom to live as we like; it is my hope that you will decide to live for Christ.
