STM Bible Snack
These mantras are various translations or paraphrases taken from the Scriptures. I hope they will give you support, inspiration, comfort, and direction.
It is a first-time attempt to extract from the Word of God and form a mantra. Please read out loud.
Exodus 15:2
Lord, You are my strength and the reason why I sing for you are my savior. You are my God, and I will forever praise you.
Psalms 23:1; 28:7; 59:17; 116:5; 121:2-3, 7
The Lord takes care of me, like a shepherd with his sheep. I have everything that I need.
You are my strength and my protection; my heart trusts in You, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to You in song.
You are kind, Lord, so good and merciful. You protect ordinary people, and when I was helpless, you saved me and treated me so kindly that I don’t need to worry anymore.
God, You are my strength. I will sing praises to you. God, You are my defender; the God who loves me.
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let me be defeated. He who guards me never sleeps. The Lord protects me from all danger; He keeps me safe.
Proverbs 3:5-6, 4:23
Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.
Be very careful to keep your mind safe. The thoughts that you have make you the person that you are.
Matthew 5:16; 28:20b
Let your life radiate the light of heavenly love and truth by the way you treat others, so that they may give thanks to your Father in heaven.
Jesus is always with me, even unto the end of the world.
2 Corinthians 1:3-6
But I praise You, the God and Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts me in all my troubles so that I can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort I have received from You, my God.
For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into my life, so also through Christ my comfort overflows. If I am distressed, it produces patient endurance of the same sufferings that all suffer.
Romans 5:1-2; 15:5
I have been made right with God because of my faith. Now I have peace with him because of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Through faith in Jesus I have received God’s grace. In that grace I stand. I am full of joy because I expect to share in God’s glory.
Patience and encouragement come from you Lord. Please help me agree with each other the way You desire.
Philippians 2:1-4
I have encouragement from being united with Christ, I have comfort from his love. In the same way, I have fellowship with the Spirit that lives within me.
You, my Lord, make my joy complete by helping me be like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose with my brothers and sisters in Christ.
I will do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility, I consider others better than myself. Accordingly, I look not only to my own interests, but also to the interests of others.
I will do everything without complaining or arguing, so that I may become blameless and pure. I am a child of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which I shine like a star in the universe.
John 14:27
Peace is mine; my Lord gave it to me. It is not from tangible or material things. So, I will not let my heart be troubled nor will I be afraid for my God is with me!
