Put Jesus First In Your Life Now, Not Later

He is the head of the body, which is the church. He is the beginning [meaning (1) the source of the church; (2) the creator of all things; or (3) the beginning/initiator of the end-time resurrection]. (And) He is the first one who was raised [firstborn] from the dead. So in all things, Jesus has first place [supremacy]. (EXB)

KJV: And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Jesus, first in your life

Matthew 6:33 [read Matthew 6:25-34 (33)]

But more than anything else, put God’s work first and do what he wants. Then the other things will be yours as well. (CEV)

KJV: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

The supreme God

The Lord wants you to relax and let Him take care of you! Be free from anxiety about your situation.

Christ Is Supreme

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, 16 for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. (NLT)
