How To Walk By Faith And Do Good Deeds

Faith is believing and trusting in Jesus Christ, reaching forward to accept his wonderful gift of salvation. Having faith in every area of your life is fully trusting God. To have faith we must confess that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in our hearts that God raised him from the dead.

Faith Brings Joy

1. Stop denying the guilt and recognize the sin

2. Admit the sin to God and ask for forgiveness

3. Let go of the guilt and the sin. Believe God has forgiven you RIGHT when you asked.

Feel good in knowing God doesn’t hold sins against his people.

Faith without Good Deeds

Through faith, we receive gifts from God. If we had to work for them, then the gifts from God would not be gifts instead they would be obligated to us.

Therefore, we don’t have to work for gifts because we have faith. If we’re truly living by faith, faith alone will make us do good deeds. The ones who claim to be Christians, but are willfully disobedient to Christ have false or dead faith. Therefore, don’t be easily mislead by the ones claiming to be Christians, but don’t walk by faith. Instead, let this encourage us to show everyone and encourage everyone to walk by faith. Since we are right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God. We are wiped clean from sin.

Come to the end of yourself, turn away from sin, and repent. Live for Jesus because He died for you, me, us. We are forgiven right when we ask him for forgiveness. Faith makes it possible for us to please God. He loves us! Let us win this battle through Him, the great I AM!

Let Us Pray Together

Heavenly Father,

You are so awesome that words cannot even describe how great you are. Thank you for being gentle, kind, sweet, slow to anger, caring, merciful, and most of all loving towards us. You express your love to us tremendously, we greatly appreciate it, although sometimes we may not show it. Forgive me for ______________, thank you for never counting it against me (Romans 4:8.) Help us to always live by faith and be good believers in faith, that we may be worthy enough to call ourselves your people (Christians). May we live a life that leads by example (2 Corinthians 3:9). Give us joy in our sufferings, because we know sufferings produce patience, and patience character, and character, hope, and hope does not disappoint us. We know you Jireh have poured out your love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit who has forgiven us. Thank You, we cannot thank you enough. I love you, Amen.
