Another ‘diabetes beater’ recipe, enjoy these diabetes-friendly pancakes! If you are diabetic, this recipe is a healthy choice and better for you. These pancakes have no added sugar only good natural sugars1 and Xylitol2. Hopefully, you will try this healthy recipe. I tested this recipe at least 5 times to arrive at this combination of items. It is so exciting to add another breakfast or ‘anytime’ recipe to aid those who need to avoid glucose spiking sugar.
Pancakes for all
This recipe is good for all. Non-diabetics can replace the Xylitol with cane sugar3, brown sugar, or your favorite sweetener.

- Replace Xylitol with Stevia – if you use Stevia leaf powder replace the amount of Xylitol with 2 teaspoons of Stevia (per stevia.com).
